The beading machine has a welded steel frame. The shifting of the upper shaft is parallel to the lower one. This fact allows a variable center distance working and the use of rolls having diameters bigger than the standard ones. The working and the extraction of pieces having high edges or encumbering ends are made easier. The rotation of the upper shaft is carried out by means of a universal swivel joint. An oil-hydraulic device controls the lowering of the upper shaft; hand operated or pneumatic cylinder driven lowering devices are supplied on request. The continuous speed variator allows the choice of the speed suitable for every kind of working.
